FAQs

On this page you’ll find the key details collectors usually want upfront, shipping and delivery timelines, U.S. and international customs notes, returns and cancellations, and what to do if something arrives damaged. If you still have a question, feel free to contact me anytime.

Where do you ship?

I ship within Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free within Canada.

How much is shipping to the United States?

For original artwork shipped to the U.S., shipping is a flat rate based on size:

  • $65 for pieces 320 square inches and under (example: 16" × 20")

  • $100 for pieces over 320 square inches (example: 20" × 24")

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is by quote. Please contact me and I’ll provide an estimate.

How long does it take to ship an original painting?

Originals typically ship within 3–5 business days. I ship as soon as your piece is ready.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on whether the artwork is being delivered locally or shipped. If it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. I ship with Canada Post, and tracking is included. I’ll provide your tracking number when your order is fulfilled.

Do you insure shipments?

I include liability coverage on items over $650.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Not by default. If you would like a signature required, please request it in the Additional Notes at checkout.

Who pays customs, duties, and import taxes for U.S. and international orders?

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost. Customs delays are outside my control.

Do you accept returns on original artwork?

Yes, returns are accepted only if shipped back within 3 days of delivery, and you must provide me with a tracking number.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs (including any unpaid duty) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do you allow cancellations?

Yes. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

I can update your shipping address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damage

  • A photo of the shipping label
    Please also keep all packaging, as it may be needed for a claim. I’ll work with you case-by-case to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement print, store credit, or other options.
