This painting has a wonderful back story of a young student In Italy who was making the best of her surroundings and kept her cleaning product jugs - like Tide, Downy etc to paint and use ass vases to create an artful and happy botanical display in her student quarter window. I loved the colours, the narrative and the backdrop of the old Italian architecture to create this optimistic and happy piece.
