Another favorite subject matter for me - Poppies! I have painted them as majestic single blooms, as a diptych for a commission, and now in a field. They are one of the few subject matters I have explored in Watercolour, Acrylic and Oils....all stemming back to how I feel painting with m y favourite colour and how vibrant and exciting red paintings add to any room.
