Hoarfrost Series
These works are part of my Hoarfrost Series. There are winter days when everything feels suspended — trees become lacework and light softens. An ordinary walk in my neighbourhood turns extraordinary. The Hoarfrost Series was born from that — stepping outside and sensing, just for a moment, that I was living inside a fairyland. These paintings capture that rare stillness, when our climate wraps the landscape in a magical robe - unlike any other.
